Where are your items made?

I cut, sew and finish all of my items from my home in Sooke, BC.

What types of fabrics do you use?

I try to use high quality, natural fibres in my apparel. Almost all of my items are made with 95% Cotton 5% Spandex, and I also have a lot of organic cotton spandex as well. For swim suits and rash guards, I use 94% Polyester 6% Spandex, which also has a 50+ UV rating. Any other fabric contents will be noted on the item.

How should I care for my item?

Check your product care instructions on the inside of your garment. Most apparel items will be machine wash warm, tumble dry low, iron as needed. Swimwear should be hang to dry.

Do you use tags?

I use a stamp for almost all of my items. This is much more comfortable for the wearer. The stamp is heat set, so it will last through many washes.

How do I order a custom item?

All of my items are available as customs, meaning that you can choose your own print. Many of the listings have a “Custom” option from the drop down menu. Underwear and trainers are all custom.

How long will it take to get my item?

Production times are approximately 3 weeks from the time you order to the time your package is shipped. Shipping times depend entirely on the postal system. Once an item is with Canada Post, USPS or the like, you will receive a tracking number.

Will I get refunded for shipping overages?

Yes! Shipping charges vary with different providers, distance and size of package. Quite often shipping is over-calculated. I refund overages over $1.

What is the return/refund policy?

If you have an issue with your item, you must contact me withing 14 days of the items being marked as delivered by the postal service. I happily accept returns for items that are defective due to seller error (construction issues, open seams etc) as long as the item is returned to me unworn. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on items that are worn or used. For hygeine purposes, underwear and trainers are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
